Common questions about our 304 stainless steel braai tools, delivery and ordering. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp on 067 145 2080.
What are Camp and Braai products made of?
Everything we sell is made from 304 stainless steel. It is rust-resistant and corrosion-proof, so it handles heat, smoke and coastal weather without pitting or warping.
Who makes your braai gear?
Our range is designed and manufactured in South Africa by Kwaai Braai. The parts are laser cut and bent, not thin pressed metal.
Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes. We deliver countrywide through The Courier Guy. Your shipping cost is worked out at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
How do I clean and look after my braai tools?
No special care is needed. Wipe them down or wash them with warm soapy water. Because it is 304 stainless steel, there is no seasoning or oiling, and no rust to manage.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. You can also create an account at checkout if you would like to see your past orders and save your delivery address.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by PayFast. You never send card details to us directly.
What sizes does the Coal Maker come in?
Three lengths: 300mm, 400mm and 500mm, each in 2mm or 3mm steel. Choose the length and thickness on the product page and the price updates.
Do you make custom sizes?
We take custom and bulk orders for larger or trade quantities. Message us on WhatsApp (067 145 2080) with what you need and we will let you know what is possible.
Where are you based?
Cape Town, Western Cape. We are an online store, so there is no walk-in shop, but you can reach us any time on WhatsApp.
